Halloween card for Sunday Challenge for 365 Cards

I made this Halloween card using brown card stock from the Paper Company by folding an 8.5 x 11" sheet. I cut the red paper from The paper Source at 5" x 8" and rounded the corners using a paper punch. I cut the pumpkins using my Potpourri cartridge and orange card stock from The Paper company as well. I cut them at 1.5". I downloaded the bats from Dingbats.com and used Sure Cuts a Lot. I cut them at 2" x 1,5" using black card stock from Bazill - Bettle black.
I used my computer and used the Cool Dots font and printed the Happy Halloween sentiment and used my square punch to cut it out. I used my orange ink to distress the edges of the sentiment. I used a Halloween ribbon I got from Michael's last year to put behind the bats. The stars are confetti I also got from Michael's last year during Halloween. I used 3d Dots to adhere the bats, sentiment and pumpkins. I used glue dots to adhere the stars.

Father's Day Pink Stamper Challenge

TGIS (Thank God is Saturday) After all the chores I decided to relax and do a card for http://www.mypinkstamper.com/ Father's Day Challenge. The challenge was to use brown, yellow and green colors on the card. Here is mine

I used the Potpourri Cartridge for the fishing
rod on page 55. I cut it at 1 1/2".






The boat came from Stand and Salute cartridge on page 58. Cut at 2". I used the cuttlebug to give it texture.


The brads are from Making Memories and the water sticker came from Me and My Big Ideas.

The "Dad is Gone Fishing" sign was cut at 1 1/2 inches (shadow) and 1" for the salmon sign. I also used the cuttlebug to give texture to the sign.
Note the plaid paper is actually a dark yellow but it seems to show up brownish in the picture. The boat is brown and the fishing rod is green.

NDS at mypinkstamper.com - Challenge #10 May Day

I used my cricut Plantain cartridge for this one. I wanted to add a little something different so I decided to add "movement" to the card. I cut the flowers in page 76 at 1 1/4" using both the flower and the shadow.

I used my downtown finds for the middle of the flowers. I used tiny "sparkle flowers" I found at the garment district in Downtown Los Angeles. I used the fuzzies you find at Michaels during X-mas for the "stems." The stems allow the flowers to move.  I taped the stems to both the flowers and the vase. The base is from the Potpourri cartridge found in page 47. It was cut at 2 1/2".  I used pink card stock for the base of the "vase." I then cut another vase using this beautiful Japanese paper I found on e-bay. It is for Oragamy (sp?) so I cut it using the lowest speed and the lightest pressure on the Cricut so it would not tear.

The card was made of basic chocolate card stock. The blue background was cut at 7" tall x 5" wide. Again I used the Swiss Dots for texture on the Cuttlebug. Finally I added a simple ribbon I bought in Germany last year.
